Getting Started with the Silktide Accessibility Tool

Sign Up for Silktide
To begin using Silktide, you must first create an account. Please sign up using the

Complete the Training
Once you have access, log in to Silktide and complete the training available on the
homepage. You can find this training in the top-right corner. It provides a helpful
overview of how to use the platform and interpret your site’s results.
Monitor Your Site Weekly
After completing the training, you should check Silktide on a weekly basis. Regular
monitoring ensures that any accessibility or content issues are identified and addressed
promptly.
Your goal is to maintain an overall accessibility score of 90% or higher. This helps ensure your website meets institutional standards and provides a positive experience for all users.
