Mail Services requires a Mail Requisition Form to accompany all mail and/or parcels
being sent off campus. Please fill out and print the Mail Requisition Form provided and attach
to your outgoing mail for efficient and proper mail processing. You can acquire the Form below.

POSTAGE INCREASE
As of January 22, 2023, the US Postal Service has implemented a rate increase which
will impact market dominant products and competitive prices. Specifically, this includes
mail and shipping services, as well as nonprofit automation/non-automation mail. Price increases for First Class Nonprofit, Media Mail, Library, and Special Services
are also now in effect. For more information on these new postal rates and a thorough breakdown
of the classes impacted, please view the current Price List. Please feel free to contact Mail Services at 2-6231 for assistance on any mail-related
matters.

Mail Services provides the following up to date postal information supplied by Pitney
Bowes Inc., UPS and the USPS.

Mail Services is closed for the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King birthday
- Memorial Day
- Juneteenth
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday
- Christmas day
Between Christmas and New Year’s, Mail Services Will operate with reduced staff. Please
plan accordingly.On Columbus/Indigenous Peoples day, Election day, President’s day
and Veterans day Mail Services will operate with reduced staff. The Post Office is
closed these days.
