Anticipated Rates and Fees 2023-2024

Housing rates are divided into several categories for first-year, continuing, graduate, family, and Southampton residents. Rooms can be configured as a single (one bedroom per person), a double (one bedroom shared with one person), a three-person room (one bedroom shared with three persons), or a family room. These buildings may contain different amenities, such as air conditioning (A/C) and/or cooking kitchens. Fall 2023 Undergraduate Agreement rates include: August 26, 2023 - January 2, 2024

Spring 2024 Undergraduate Agreement rates include: January 2, 2024 - May 15, 2024

Graduate and Family Agreements are monthly rates with an agreement ending June 1, 2024

Meal Plan Information: All units that do not provide cooking in unit require a meal plan. Apartments, Hand Hall, and 3-Bedroom units in Gershwin have cooking in unit. All first year and new transfer students are required to have a meal plan for their first two semesters.
