RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY CENTERS
Each Residential Community Center has dedicated space for seminars, programs and social activities located within our residential communities. The centers are designed to bring students together for formal academic activities and unstructured social interactions.
The Residential Community Centers offer:
- A variety of lounge and lobby spaces with couches, work stations, study tables, and Wi-Fi.
- Conference and meeting rooms for seminars, meetings and events equipped with audiovisual equipment.
- Large multipurpose spaces that can be configured for banquets, lectures, parties and more.
- Unique spaces such as a recording studio, music practice rooms, an art gallery and computer labs.

Reservation Information
The Residential Community Centers offer a variety of spaces for your department or organization to reserve. From small meeting rooms, outdoor patios, to large multi-purpose spaces, our venues are customizable to accommodate any event. In order to request space, please log into your 25Live account.
If you are with a SBU Department and you do not have access to 25Live, please complete the 25Live Training / Access Form. The Registrar's office will contact you with login credentials. For additional information on 25Live, please visit DoIT.

To change or cancel your reservation in one of the Community Centers, please email the reservations office at ccentersreserve@stonybrook.edu. Please include your 25Live Reference ID when corresponding about a reservation.
