REQUEST TO CHANGE MAILING AND/OR HOME ADDRESS
If you have had an address change, here are the steps you will need to take to ensure our records are updated as well...
STATE EMPLOYEES
(Including GA/TAS)
STEP 1: Go to SOLAR -> Security and Personal Data -> Addresses to ensure your address is updated in our campus system of records. To watch a helpful video on how to do this, go here.
(Note: If there is both a home and mailing address, then we use the mailing address, otherwise the home address is used.)
STEP 2: Be sure to also notify other applicable areas as shown here.

RF EMPLOYEES
(Including RPAS)
STEP 1: Go to RF Self-Service to update your address with SUNY RF.
STEP 2: Go to SOLAR -> Security and Personal Data -> Addresses to ensure your address is updated in our campus system of records as well. To watch a helpful video on how to do this, go here.
