Help Finding Your IDs
If you are an active employee, you can find all of your RF and/or State IDs in SOLAR. Here are the steps you will need to take.
State Employees
Change your personal information directly on SOLAR.
SOLAR is Stony Brook University's primary administrative system used by State employees to update personal information, view vacation/sick accruals, and more.
Remember to also notify hrs_benefits@stonybrook.edu whenever any changes are made to your personal information.
RF Employees
Change your personal information directly on RF Self-Service.
RF Self Service is the primary administrative system used by RF employees to update personal information and make adjustments to federal tax withholdings. They are also able to view their pay stubs as well as their direct deposit.
Remember to also notify hrs_benefits@stonybrook.edu whenever any changes are made to your personal information.
CHANGE PREFERRED NAME
