Sample Non-Salaried Appointment Letter
Departments should use this template when inviting a visitor to a non-salaried appointment at Stony Brook University.
Instructions
Before issuing the appointment letter:
- Replace all placeholder text with the appropriate information.
- Include the Terms and Conditions for Non-Salaried Appointments with the appointment letter.
- Obtain the visitor's signature acknowledging acceptance of both the appointment and the Terms and Conditions.
- Retain a signed copy of the appointment letter and Terms and Conditions in the department's records.
