Workplace Civility Workshop - Application Due 3/1

The New York State/United University Professions Joint Labor-Management Executive Committee (NYS/UUP JLMC) is pleased to announce an upcoming opportunity to further promote professional development for UUP-represented employees.

On March 4, NYS/UUP JLMC will host a Workplace Civility workshop from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm via Zoom. This one-day workshop is designed to give participants an opportunity to acquire knowledge and awareness of the benefits of a positive, respectful workplace environment. Participants will, through a combination of facilitator presentation, small group discussion, and interactive exercises, acquire an understanding of how to contribute to a respectful, collegial, positive workplace and how to co-create the type of workplace that brings out the best in people so that they can flourish in their careers.
