MINIMUM WAGE INCREASE

Minimum Wage Increase

On December 31, 2021 the minimum wage for Long Island is scheduled to increase. The rate for hourly employees and student workers who are not members of collective bargaining units will be automatically increased to $15 per hour effective December 23, 2021 (the beginning of the pay period).
