Admissions Processing Timelines


  For Students Matriculating into Graduate Programs

WHEN

WHAT

HOW

Prior to   Published Deadline Submit Materials Create a   New ApplyYourself   (AY) account and submit materials. Note your PIN and Password.
Weekly Wait for Review Check the status/receipt of materials by   logging into your AY account.
Approximately 3-4 Weeks After Application Deadline Receive Decision 

When a decision has been made, you will receive an email explaining that you need to   log into AY  to reveiw your decision. 

Click on the link in the decision email to reply to the offer of admission.

Note: If you don't respond, your application cannot be sent to SPD for processing.

2-4 Weeks After Admissions Offer Receive Matriculation Email  Once your application has been fully processed by SPD, you will receive an email explaining how and when you can enroll.
During Enrollment Period   Enroll

Log into SOLAR  and address holds (e.g., proof of health insurance, signing the financial responsbility statement, etc.).

Search for classes  and begin enrolling.   Refer to SOLAR's Student FAQ page  for helpful instructions.

 

For Students Applying for Non-Matriculated Status

HOW

Up Until Two Weeks Prior to the Start of the Term Submit Materials Create a   New ApplyYourself   (AY) account and submit materials. Note your PIN and Password.
Continuing Wait for Review Completed applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. 
Approximately 3 Business Days After Submission Receive Decision  Please wait 1 to 3 business days for email.
Approximately 3 to 5 Business Days After Submission Receive Matriculation Email  Once your application has been fully processed by SPD, you will receive an email explaining how and when you can enroll.
During Open Enrollment Period   Enroll

Log into SOLAR  and address holds (e.g., proof of health insurance, signing the financial responsbility statement, etc.).

Search for classes  and begin enrolling.   Refer to SOLAR's Student FAQ page  for helpful instructions.
