Productivity Enhancement Program (PEP)
For HSC and West Campus CSEA & PEF Represented Employees
The 2003 – 2007 Agreement between the State, CSEA, and PEF provides for a Productivity Enhancement Program (PEP). This program allows eligible employees to exchange previously accrued annual (vacation) and/or personal leave in return for a credit to be applied toward their employee share of NYSHIP premiums on a bi-weekly basis.

Eligible Part-time employees may elect to participate on a pro-rated basis.
