Memo: Volunteers for West Campus and HSC

Human Resource Services has developed the following guidelines to assist with the handling of volunteers. Volunteers are those individuals that have no formal employment relationship with the campus. The Volunteer, by the nature of this relationship is not paid.
All departments and offices utilizing Volunteers should follow the process outlined in the attached "Volunteer (non-faculty) Guidelines". For information regarding University ID Badges, please contact the Campus Card Office at either (631) 632-2737 (West) or (631) 444-8151 (East). For information about Minors working in Research Laboratories, please contact the Office of Environmental Health & Safety at (631) 632-6410. Please direct other processing questions to HRS Recruiting & Employment Services at (631) 632-1129. Information and the guidelines are available on the Human Resource Services website.
