Job Fairs

Recruitment and Employment Services participates in job fairs throughout the calendar year in the Long Island/New York metropolitan area. The Recruitment and Employment Services staff has a partnership with the Department of Labor that has culminated in our participation in monthly job fairs held at libraries throughout Long Island, as well as participating in their "Career Quest" days.

The Recruitment staff provides pertinent information about employment and the University to job fair participants. The staff screens all resumes/applications received from participants for minimum qualifications and forwards only those qualified resumes/applications to the applicable search committees.
