JURY DUTY
State & RF Employees
An employee who is required to appear for jury duty or as a subpoenaed or otherwise ordered witness in court, is entitled to leave with pay without charge to leave credits if they are NOT a party to the action.

ELIGIBILITY:
Eligible at the time of hire.
NEXT STEPS:
Attach to the employee’s timesheet satisfactory documentation that the employee's presence is required and documents from the court of the days they reported to Jury Duty.
