Stony Brook University observes this national heritage month in April to celebrate the rich cultural traditions and history of people of Asian descent who are part of our diverse campus community. Campus Dining will feature recipes from many countries throughout the month.
On April 13, East Side and West Side lunch menu includes:
- Korea: Bulgogi BBQ Beef Sweet Soy BBQ Marinated and Grilled
- Japan: Udon Noodles with Napa Cabbage Vegetable-Soy Broth and Green Onions
