Tabling series which features Superfoods, which are nutrient-rich foods that  research shows to be beneficial for improving health and & well-being, decreasing inflammation and possible risk of disease.

Eat Well Wednesday's (Virtual and In-Person)

Eat Well Wednesdays will be a nutrition-focused nutrition education initiative that engages students on social media and in-person. Topics will be discussed over social media and planned wellness tables events. Follow me on Instagram @eatwell_atsbu

Teaching Kitchen (Virtual and In-Person)
