Forage is an online free resource which offers virtual experience programs designed by leading companies. Develop your skills and gain a real understanding of different roles and sectors by working through these self-paced modules, with tasks similar to those you would undertake during a traditional internship.
Parker Dewey Micro-Internship
Micro-Internships are paid professional assignments. Unlike traditional internships, they are short term (5-40 hours of work). Opportunities are provided by a variety of companies ranging from Fortune 100 to small emerging start-ups, representing a variety of fields. These experiences can help you explore different career paths, build career readiness skills, and expand your network.
Vertically Integrated Projects Program
Through the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences, students can join faculty member led student teams to complete hands on projects related to their field of study. Students can also develop their own projects to propose to faculty members and create a group to assist with the project.
