Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) offers free and confidential services to enrolled students.

Services include crisis intervention, brief counseling for individuals, couples, and groups; consultation to students, faculty, staff, friends, and parents; medication management; and assistance with referrals to community resources.

Our goal is to offer our services in an atmosphere that is welcoming and comfortable for all students.

To mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and safeguard the health of our students and staff, we are following health guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for limiting in-person contact while still providing support for students.

CAPS PALS Has Gone Virtual! Meet our PAL of the week...

Meet Sonny! He is the PAL of Amanda, one of our trainees. Sonny is a 4 month old Golden Retriever puppy. He loves to play fetch, go on hikes, go to the doggy beach, and show off everything he has learned in puppy school so far. He loves cuddling with his mom, dad, and human brothers; and is making friends with his cat siblings. He loves to eat, especially bananas! Most of all, he loves making people smile!
