Navigating SBU
New Faculty Orientation Programming
Throughout the year, the Provost's Office hosts a series of sessions, workshops, and programs to support new faculty as they adjust to their new roles and Stony Brook's culture, and learn to how to take advantage of everything the campus has to offer.
These sessions are designed to expand on topics covered during new faculty orientation.
In addition to these sessions, we encourage new faculty to participate in events hosted by their academic units and other areas of the university.
