Open to non-tenure-track, tenure-track, and tenured faculty on East and West campus
Faculty participate in a series of workshops and hands-on activities to support them in improving their teaching. Sessions cover a variety of topics, including active learning, syllabus redesign, and experiential learning.

Emerging Leaders
Open to associate professors from East and West campus
This program supports faculty interested in becoming part of the next generation of higher education leaders in research, education, and administration. Faculty will participate in a series of workshops and discussions centered on strategic thinking and decision-making, teamwork, career pathways, and managing conflict. The program includes discussion of topics through the lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion to advance Stony Brook's commitment to equitable success.
