We welcome vendors to sell products, distribute information and recruit every week
during the semester. Vendors can request space in either the Student Activities Center
or the Stony Brook Union. A Vendor Permit is required and must be completed at least
one week prior to the event date. Rates include the permit application, 1 (6ft) table and
two chairs. Additional tables can be provided for an additional cost.
Join us on a Thursday for Shoppes in the SAC and receive a discounted rate.

Please note that the Campus Life Centers Vendor Form is submittable online whereas the FSA Vendor Application Form must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org to be approved by FSA.
For Vendors interested in parking in the Administration garage, parking validation stickers can be purchased for an additional $10.00. The parking validation stickers must be paid for in advance, and picked up on the day of your campus visit in the Student Life Suite in the Stony Brook Union (suite 205). For walking directions to either the SAC or the Union from the Administration garage, please see directions below.
Metered parking is available with hourly or daily rates outside of both the Student Activities Center and the Stony Brook Union. Parking is permitted in any unrestricted lot during evenings & weekends. Lots are generally unrestricted and available for anyone to park from 4:00pm to 7:00am, Monday-Friday, and at all times Saturday & Sunday unless otherwise noted. Vendors may drop off their items at the SAC prior to parking. Please use the rear entrance at the Engineering Bus Loop.
