Information for Vendors

Connect with potential partners or customers by exhibiting at the Second Annual Life Skills for Independent Living Symposium.  Over 200+ participants are expected to attend.

Exhibit Details

For a $125 fee, vendors will receive:

• • • One 6-ft display table and two chairs
    • Lunch for two attendees

Logistics & PERMITS

• • All vendors are required to submit a FSA Vendor Permit with their registration. Vendors may bring pamphlets, goodies, business cards, a sign-up sheet and other promotional items.  If you are selling a product on-site, you must also submit a W-9.

RESERVATION Deadline

• Vendor Registration, FSA permit, W9 (if selling goods or products) and payment are due by October 15, 2018.
