There will be a security checkpoint at the entrance to the Sports Complex. The following
items are prohibited at commencement ceremonies: outside food/beverages, backpacks,
luggage, strollers, umbrellas, noise makers and balloons, weapons, laser pointers,
fireworks, aerosol cans, and non-service pets. All bags are subject to search.
As you go through the main doors, head to the right to the candidate check-in/robing
area in Pritchard Gym. There will be a lot of staff there to assist you if you have
questions. If you brought a bag or purse, please give it to your guests to hold. You will not have access to the Pritchard Gym once the ceremony begins,
Your guests will go the left and present their tickets to staff to enter the Arena.
It is especially important to arrive earlier if your guests require assistance finding
the elevator and accessible seating options.
