Students pursuing health careers can major in many different disciplines, and work closely with Academic Advisors to complete the best courses in preparation for a future in healthcare.

The Advising Model: Support Tailored to You
To better serve our growing community, we've introduced a new advising system to guide you through the Pre-Health pathway:
- Pre-Requisite Advising (Foundational Support):
- Work with your assigned advisor for all pre-requisite planning and general Pre-Health questions.
- Attend one of our "Anatomy of a Pre-Health Student" workshops this fall! These workshops, led by a Pre-Health advisor, are designed to provide you with information about next steps.
- Pre-Health Advising (Advanced Strategy):
- Once you have completed Module 1 & 2 on Brightspace, and successfully completed General Chemistry I, you will unlock access to specialized appointments for advanced application strategy and professional school preparation.
