SPECIAL EVENT PARKING
The Office of Mobility & Parking Services coordinates parking needs for all Stony Brook special events. If you are planning an event on campus, where you will require guest or event parking, please submit a Special Event Parking Request Form (linked below) to get started.
VALIDATIONS AND DEPARTMENT PASSES
HOSPITAL GARAGE PARKING VALIDATIONS
Departments can purchase these validations and issue them to their guests. Please note, guests must also keep their garage entrance tickets in order for the validation to be accepted. To exit the garage, guests should first insert their entry ticket and then once accepted, enter the validation ticket. ($10/validation)

NEW/RENEWED DEPARTMENTAL PARKING PASSES (CARDS)
Departments can purchase monthly parking access passes (cards) based on space availability. ($20.92/month)

SPECIAL SERVICES PERMIT
Special Service permits are intended for personal vehicles that carry occupants who need access to buildings to accomplish building related tasks such as service vehicles (maintenance, construction, telecom, food service and building managers), emergency response vehicles (Fire & Emergency Services, Police, and Emergency Repair), and employees who need access to multiple loading docks daily for stays longer than 15 minutes.
