Biography
Josephine Connolly-Schoonen’s expertise is in the area of nutritional management of menopause, obesity, cancer and chronic illnesses from the individual, school and community level. In addition, she directs Stony Brook University’s graduate nutrition programs, the clinical inpatient team and outpatient nutrition services. She conducts clinical trials on nutrition and gut health or cancer. She is also the author of Losing Weight Permanently with the Bull’s Eye Food Guide (Bull Publishing, 2004).
