Virtual Study Abroad Programs
Due to the ongoing global health crisis, some of our distinguished Faculty and Global Partner Universities have decided to offer virtual programs. While we are optimistic that the programs listed will eventually resume in person in the near future, for now, we are excited that students still have options to engage in the global community through these programs.
While searching programs, students may learn that some programs are not ALL virtual. Due to the SUNY international program suspension, students can only apply/participate virtually for fall 2021 programs. Since travel is not permitted, IAP will only facilitate/support/process credits for the virtual components of programs. Interested students will need to reach out to the specific program advisor. Contact information is available on all program pages.
We recognize the importance of stronger communication and transparency during these challenging times. IAP is committed to ensuring that students can access advising virtually. We highly recommend for students and their support persons to reach out to us so that we can answer any questions and direct them if necessary to the appropriate resources. The contact details for the individual program coordinators can be found on the individual program pages.
