Clad Metal Specialties Case Study

Clad Metals

Our client, Clad Metal Specialties, were faced with a "unique" task in creating a product that is not only matched in quality with 19th century hand-crafting techniques but with modern production methods as well.

The  product is called daguerreotypes, which are silver-coated copper plates that display photos. Their customer, Century Darkroom, tasked them find a method of production to produce the dagurreotypes  without using the "painstaking," time-consuming traditional 19th century methods in order to maximize their efficiency while maintaining their products' high-quality.

The team over at Clad Metals took this challenge to task and eventually impressed their customer with both the quality of their production and the final costs.
