M. Sc. in Quantum Information Science and Technology
We are launching an exciting new Masters degree to prepare students to work in the rapidly growing area of Quantum Information Science and Technology. The degree is currently in the approval process, but we hope to bring in our first group of students in Fall 2022.
The degree will feature several new customized courses in QIST and also allow students to take a number of relevant courses that are already offered in Physics and other departments across our campus. It will also feature a Research component that may be satisified through research on-campus or at Brookhaven National Laboratory, or through a internship with an industrial partner.
Prospective students should have an undergraduate degree in Science or Engineering but need not be Physics Majors. If you would like to be added to a list of interested students and informed when the program will be open for applications please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
