Checking In and Out of the Residence Halls

To check the status of your current reservation or roommates/suite-mates, please look at your Stony Brook University SOLAR account or call the Student Life team at Southampton at (631) 599-8985. 

Once you confirmed your room reservation, please arrive at the Residence Life Office in Southold Residence Hall on either the pre-advertised date by the university for new and/or returning students. Or, arrive on the date your reservation begins between 9:00 am and 11:00 pm. 

The GPS address for Stony Brook, Southampton is 39 Tuckahoe Road, Southampton, NY 11968. 

Please come to the back entrance of Southold Residence Hall and call (631) 599-8985 to check in or out of your room.
