Programmatic and specialized accreditation at Stony Brook University is strengthened by the Accreditation Advisory Group.
Role & Responsibilities
The role of the Accreditation Advisory Group is to foster a collaborative environment where peers can share insights, exchange ideas, and contribute to the collective enhancement of accreditation support. The group includes faculty and/or staff representation from SBU Schools and Colleges with programmatic or dicscipline-specific accreditation.
Membership
Faculty members from each SBU school and college with specialized accreditation are represented on the group, with administrative support from the Division of Educational & Institutional Effectiveness.
