They are built to provide you with the tools necessary to lead brief, engaging safety discussions with your teams and effectively train your employees in workplace safety protocols.

How to Use These Safety Talks
- Plan Your Work: Select a topic relevant to your team’s daily activities, upcoming tasks, or current seasonal conditions (such as review of the heat index).
- Gather Your Team: Dedicate 10 to 15 minutes during a shift start or staff meeting to discuss the topic.
- Lead the Discussion: Use the talking points to review safety procedures, identify potential hazards in your specific work area, and confirm that team members have completed any required training (such as Confined Space Awareness for specialized work).
- Promote Engagement: Encourage your employees to ask questions and actively engage in safety protocols.
