What makes the UGC Academies Unique?

• The Academies offer interdisciplinary minors, which means that all core courses explore a variety of disciplines and perspectives.

• Each Academy also offers a related certificate program. Students can pick their level of involvement from non-credit certificate program to academic minors.

• The academies are led by a team of faculty and staff, including a faculty director who provides students with additional mentorship and support.

Get involved in one of the UGC Academy Certificate programs! These non-credit programs offer seminars and activities that introduce and emphasize interdisciplinary issues related to the minors. Certificate programs are open to all undergraduate students and can be taken on their own or in conjunction with one of the Academy minors.
