SASC Testing Center
Student Accessibility Support Center now offers a Testing Center to support disability related testing accommodations, located in the Student Union Room 112.
The SASC Testing Center is an academic testing space for students with approved testing accommodations through the Student Accessibility Support Center (SASC). In this space, students will have access to a reduced distraction testing environment, private testing rooms, and assistive technology to ensure that accommodations are met. SASC testing staff ensure a comfortable testing environment for students while collaborating with faculty and staff.
Testing Center Hours:
Fall/Spring Testing Hours
Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Summer/Winter Testing Hours:
Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Testing Center Features:
The SASC Testing Center has seating for 51 students, including 3 private testing rooms and 4 semi-private testing rooms. Each testing space has a camera, so SASC testing staff is able to monitor exams. Computers have basic software installed, as well as specific programs for assistive technology needs, such as text-to-speech programs. SASC testing staff have remote control over all computers. If an exam requires specific software, please contact the SASC Testing Coordinator to ensure the computers can support the program before scheduling the exam.
