Group Counseling
Is it the best choice for you?
Group counseling is a special form of counseling in which a small number of people (between 6-8) meet together with a therapist weekly for 1-2 hours to help themselves and one another. It provides a safe and confidential space where you come together with others to share issues of concern, to better understand your own situation, and test out different ways of interacting with others. Group counseling helps people learn about themselves and improve their interpersonal relationships. The specific groups available each semester vary in theme and time.
Due to the COVID-19, group counseling is currently being offered virtually.
