Health Requirements

Stony Brook Health Requirements

Stony Brook University's COVID-19 policies are available on the Stronger Together website.  Students are responsible for reviewing these policies prior to arriving on campus.  Failure to comply with COVID-19 safety directives regarding wearing face masks/covering, social distancing, and other specific residence hall-related expectations will be addressed through the University's Community Standards process.

The COVID-19 pandemic situation is ongoing and dynamic. Stony Brook University must follow the rules and regulations set forth by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), State of New York, and State University of New York (SUNY) system.  These requirements are subject to change.  GSI will make every effort to inform students of major changes to the program or Stony Brook University's arrival requirements as they occur.  Students are responsible for checking the GSI and Stronger Together websites regularly for new updates.  Any questions should be directed to gsi@stonybrook.edu.
