Important Information:
  • Honor Stolls (Summa, Magna, Cum) will be distributed by the Office of Conferences and Special Events one week prior to Commencement. Please pick up your stole at the Charles B. Wang Center, Main Lobby, between the hours of 12 pm - 3 pm beginning Tuesday, May 12th through Thursday, May 14th. 
  • Stony Brook University regalia is required to participate in our ceremony. Please reach out to Melissa Woody if you have any questions or trouble with this. (Melissa.Woody@stonybrook.edu)

  • Students must check in upon arrival in the Student Activities Center - Ballroom B 

  • Student Procession Line up will begin promptly at 8:45am in SAC Ballroom B

  • The ceremony will be livestreamed on YouTube. Guest Wi-Fi will be available in the Student Activities Center for additional family members to watch on-site or remotely.
