HOUSING
Our dorms are suite-style. Each suite has a shared bathroom and study area. Traditionally, the majority of our attendees stay in shared rooms, but there are a limited amount of singles available. The facilities are completely furnished, air conditioned, and provide wireless access points. Linens are included. Guests provide their own toiletries. There are no kitchens available in the suites.
Directions on how to reserve your room are provided once you have been accepted to the Conference. Please remember these are college dorm rooms. If you are looking for more lavish accommodations, we suggest you visit the Southampton Chamber of Commerce or Hampton Bays Chamber of Commerce for local hotels.
2023 Housing Costs:
$61 per person per night for a double room (shared)
$69.25 per person per night for a small single room
$72 per person per night for a larger single room

MEALSBreaking bread is a crucial way to build community. New this year, meals will be served in our campus cafe and can be eaten in the dining hall or al fresco under the big tent. Meal costs are not included in your fees. Expect to pay around $250 for breakfast, lunch, & dinner total during your stay. |

We feel buying meals on campus is the easiest and most reliable way to grab food between events. For a quick bite to eat, there are options near campus, but traffic can be heavy at times. Downtown Southampton Village boasts many fine restaurants and can be accessed through the usual delivery apps. Regardless of how you get your meals, make sure to join the rest of the conference attendees under the big tent to catch up, talk craft, and make friends. Please remember that the opening dinner of the conference on July 12th is on us. |
