The Southampton Writers Conference
For 44 years writers have attended the Southampton Writers Conference to find outstanding workshops and a supportive community.
We offer full days of programming including morning talks and lectures, afternoon workshops, evening salons, and nightly readings by today's top writers.
Workshops are either five or twelve days. We have a twelve-day lecture series option for those who are not ready for a workshop and a twelve-day writer's residency for those who want some time and space to finish a project.
