Welcome to the IMSD-MERGE Program

The Stony Brook University Initiative for Maximizing Student Development: Maximizing Excellence in Research for Graduate Education (IMSD-MERGE) Program aims to increase the number of students completing highly productive biological and biomedical science graduate degrees at Stony Brook University, preparing them for seamless advancement into successful research careers. IMSD-MERGE is coordinated by the Center for Inclusive Education at Stony Brook.

IMSD-MERGE will not be accepting funded scholars for the 2025-2026 academic year.
