Tech Troubleshooting

Student Activities Center (SAC) & The Student Union 

**Please call the OLLI office 631-632-6554 FIRST
(We should be your first phone call as we may be able to assist you quicker.)

If you are having the following issues in the SAC or Student Union:

• Equipment is not working properly (projector, laptop, mic, screen, etc)
• Room is locked
• Lights/power are not working
• If there is a spill or something of that nature

**The Main Desk number should be the first number you call, after notifying the OLLI office, as they will dispatch and locate the proper staff to assist you.

If you have other technical issues noted below, please call the OLLI office 631-632-6554:

• Trouble with Zoom (starting your workshop, sharing screen, admitting Zoom participants from the waiting room, etc.)
• Logging into computer with your net ID & password
• Viewing presentation
• Email or Google drive issues

The Wang Center

• Equipment is not working properly (projector, laptop, mic, screen, etc)
• Room is locked
• Lights/power are not working
• If there is a spill or something of that nature

If you are unable to reach the OLLI office, call the Wang Center staff (or you can go directly to the Conferences & Events office on the 2nd floor):
