The Design team within Campus Planning, Design, & Construction (CPDC) delivers thoughtful, functional, and compliant design solutions that support the university’s academic, research, and operational goals. Working collaboratively across campus, the team ensures that each project reflects institutional standards, user needs, and long-term campus vision.

What We Do

• Deliver design services for both capital and locally funded projects
• Contribute to renovation, rehabilitation, and new construction efforts across campus
• Transform programmatic requirements into functional, efficient, and code-compliant design solutions
• Ensure all designs align with university standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate closely with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders throughout all phases of design
• Provide technical guidance and design expertise to support campus partners
