The Bursar, Student Accounts, Parking Services, and Campus Card offices will be moving to the Student Union on July 20th.  No business will be conducted at the Administration Building office as of close-of-business July 17th. 

In addition, the Bursar, Student Accounts, Parking Services, and Campus Card office will be operating under the name of Student Financial Services.  We will continue to provide the same level of customer service and assistance in our new location.  All phone numbers and email addresses will also remain the same.

The Bursar Student Accounts office is open for business with most staff operating remotely.

  The Bursar and Student Accounts offices provide the highest standard of support for students, families, University departments, and external agencies.  Student focused policies and procedures aim to advance the financial literacy of Stony Brook students as well as promote timely degree completions.  The offices ensure the timely and accurate posting of billing information and the processing of all payments in compliance with Departmental, University, State, and Federal policies and regulations.

Important Information and Dates for Spring 2020

All students are required to read, understand and abide by the University deadlines.

The first day of Spring 2020 classes is Monday, January 27th, 2020.    A $50.00 late registration fee applies to all students who are not enrolled in at least one course before Monday, January 27th, 2020. This includes students enrolling in Manhattan and West Campus classes
