The Society of Hispanic Professional Enigneers (SHPE) is a non-profit national organization. SHPE changes lives by empowering the Hispanic community to realize its fullest potential and to impact the world through STEM awareness, access, support, and development. Their vision is a world where Hispanics are highly valued and influential as the leading innovators, scientists, mathematicians, and engineers.

General Body Meeting

Come learn more about SHPE, fun and exciting events the club is planning, and meet other students!

SHPE has their general body meetings on Mondays at 7:00pm.

SHPE Events

SHPE organizes a variety of events and workshops throughout the semester that allow you to make friends and have some fun. In addition, SHPE hosts professional development events, such as workshops, alumni/student/industry professional panels, and conference preparation.

During the Fall semester the have events like the GE Aerospace Pannel and Pre-College day, and even attend conferences such as the SHPE National Convention. In the Spring they are planning events such as Dia De Ciencias, Cafecito con SHPE, and Ladies at the Top!
