Log in to GET Mobile
- Meal plans are loaded onto your Stony Brook University ID card, which works like a debit card to keep track of your meal plan funds.
- When you make a purchase at a dine-in or retail location, please hand the card to the cashier and they will deduct a meal swipe or dining dollars from your account as payment.
- Dine-in (all-you-care-to-eat) locations accept meal swipes and dining dollars and enable you to select entreés, sides, desserts, and beverages from any food platform within the location.
- Retail locations only accept dining dollars. All retail locations are à la carte.
Downgrades can be made during the two weeks following the first day Monday-Friday classes begin.
Upgrades can be made anytime throughout the semester. Please note, during the first 2 weeks of the semester, downgrade requests made Saturday through Thursday will take effect the following Friday.

Shop for licensed Stony Brook University and Seawolves apparel, gifts and merchandise at our on campus stores: SBU Campus Store (located in the Melville Library).
Student Health Insurance
Low deductibles, mental health care benefits, and full coverage at participating labs. If you already have health insurance, you must complete a waiver in SOLAR prior to the beginning of EACH academic year. See webpage for deadlines.

Textbooks
Order your books and course materials on the eCampus website and deliver to your home or campus residence location, or pickup at the SBU Campus Store located in the Melville Library.

Locker Rentals
Securely store your belongings in conveniently located lockers within the Melville Library Study Lounge and the lower level of the Student Activities Center (SAC). Pay online and pick up your key at the ASA Student Services Office. Contact us at mealplan@stonybrook.edu or call (631) 632-6517 to schedule pickup.
MicroFridge Rentals
Specially designed for residence hall rooms, MicroFridge units offer plenty of space for both roommates.* Share the cost, and avoid the expense and hassle of purchasing, transporting, and storing a unit of your own.
*Sharing a MicroFridge is not required. Each resident may have their own if preferred.
MicroFridge rentals are available on a first come, first-served basis.
Students who have already rented microfridges should direct all inquiries or work orders directly to microfridge at 1-800-525-7307.

Wolfie Wallet
Wolfie Wallet is a prepaid declining balance debit account on your campus ID (separate from the Meal Plan). You may use Wolfie Wallet at campus dining locations or to buy school supplies at SBU Campus Store (Melville Library), and at select on and off-campus merchants.
