    About the Program

    * Stony Brook University Students Only  Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M) was founded on May 5th, 1989. From the outset, it was intended to be a relatively small, innovative, public university, providing teaching of the highest quality and focused primarily on research. A significant number of the University's undergraduate degrees can be studied in English or in a bilingual mode.

    Candidates may be interviewed to determine their qualifications for participating and representing Stony Brook University abroad.

    $ 3,335 per semester for NY residents



    $12,090 per semester for non-residents

    Program Fee $750 per semester
    Administrative Fee

    $200 (non-refundable)

    International Health Insurance $55 per month approximately. Note: The host university may also require a domestic health plan, and will send details regarding costs to students directly.
    Other Fees $3,500-$4,500 (approximately; Students pay room, board, books, transportation and other university fees directly to overseas university)
    Travel Costs
    $2,500 (approximately; Students are responsible for their travel arrangements including airfare, visa costs)
    Costs are estimates for planning purposes of the student and are subject to change at any point.
