New Seawolf Welcome

Taking place Monday, August 17 through Saturday, August 22, 2026, New Seawolf Welcome is designed to help new students, including first-year, transfer, and international students, settle into life at SBU through required workshops, social events, and advisor-led sessions. Each student receives a personalized schedule of required orientation sessions on their StartSBU Portal. We highly encourage all students to participate in optional SBU WOW activities for community engagement and exploration. RSVP to these events on SBEngaged.
