Reputation and Perception Management Services

The Reputation and Perception Management Services team is responsible for universitywide issues management, leading crisis communications, rapid response and reviewing internal communications while ensuring alignment with our external communications team.

We manage and assess sensitive issues and help navigate complex situations, prepare proactive responses and coordinate with external media consultants. The team also serves as trusted advisors to senior leadership, providing strategic counsel and coordinating media preparation by creating briefing materials, background information and talking points.
