The Business and Operations Services team brings together analytical, technical and strategic expertise to power the day-to-day operations of the Office of Marketing and Communications (MARCOM).

By overseeing critical functions — such as budget and financial management systems, paid media strategy and purchasing, project and traffic management, marketing technology, technology services and contract management — the team ensures efficient workflows, effective resource allocation and seamless execution. Their work enables increased brand awareness, stronger audience engagement and revenue growth across Stony Brook University and Stony Brook Medicine.
