Lucas Flinton, a junior double major has been working as a research assistant to capture and code 250 Instagram posts by Palestinian-Chilean foodie influencers, quickly learning the skills needed for qualitative analysis. Lucas is now a co-author on a paper stemming from the project, which has had the abstract accepted for a special issue of the journal "Senses and Society." |
